| The message Some items in your order are not downloadable so will be processed manually means that Linklok didn't recognise one or more of the products ordered. In this case it assumes that these products are tangible items to be shipped manually. If the item should be downloadable then check that the item_number in your Paypal button matches the product id in Linklok. So for example if the product has the id set to id1 then the item_number in the Paypal button should be set to id1.
If you are using Paypal hosted buttons then instead of setting item_number you need to enter id1 (in this example) as the Item Id.
You can customize what is displayed when non downloadable (unknow items) are ordered by using download page and email templates.
